I. - Users
Access to and/or the use of the website of grupoacs.com attributes the status of user to any person having access to and/or uses it. He or she will from that moment onward fully accept without any reservations whatsoever the current General Conditions as well as those particular conditions to be added to or if applicable replace the General Conditions regarding specific services and contents of this web site.
II.- Use of the web site and its services and contents;
The user commits to use the Web site and its services and contents without infringing the law in force, in good faith, and the generally accepted customs and the public order.

VI. Duration;
the duration of the rendering of the Web site service and their services is of an indefinite character.

VII. Intellectual Property;
In order to safeguard potential intellectual property rights, in the event any user or third party considers that the violation of their legitimate rights has taken place due to the introduction of a specific content in the Web, they must notify this to OFICINA DE VENTAS LOS MONTEROS - OFICINA VENTAS S.L. indicating:
- The personal data of the involved title holder of the presumed infringed rights. If the claim is presented by a third person other than the interested party the representation upon which they act must be specified.

The trade marks www.losmonteros-rioreal.com and the corresponding graphic marks are all registered marks and their reproduction or use without the authorization of the title holder is prohibited.
The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the contents introduced by third parties is their exclusive responsibility.
VIII. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction; These General Conditions will be ruled by the Spanish law.
OFICINA DE VENTAS LOS MONTEROS - OFICINA VENTAS S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other tribunal which might correspond them do submit to the jurisdiction and the Courts or Tribunals of the domicile of the user for any question which may arise or action which may be taken arising from the rendering of the Web site service or of any of its content and regarding the interpretation, application, compliance or non compliance of the stipulations herein set forth. In the supposition that the User would have his or her domicile outside Spain, OFICINA DE VENTAS LOS MONTEROS - OFICINA VENTAS S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other tribunal which might correspond them, do submit to the jurisdiction and the Courts or Tribunals of Marbella.
